Yes we deliver island wide Mondays to Saturdays
We offer 21 sacks of logs which is roughly equivalent to a ton sand bag of logs.
We do not offer collection at the moment.
Hardwoods are broadly a category of slow-growing trees that produce dense wood, which means it burns longer and produces more heat compared to softwood.
Softwood comes from gymnosperm trees, or those with external un-encased seeds. Softwoods are less dense than almost all varieties of hardwood.
Softwood burns faster and gives off a lot more smoke than hardwood.
Softwood will smoke up your house and leave behind a resin that will build up in your fireplace and chimney, hence why we stock and recommend using hardwoods only to heat your home to avoid any chimney issues, keep costs down and not get smoked up.
We do not have the facility to take card payments over the telephone.
Logs are supplied in 30 litre sacks, we do not offer logs by weight

Thursday – North (Ramsey, Jurby, Bride, Andreas, Regaby , Kirk Michael & Ballaugh)
Friday – Douglas, Onchan, Laxey & Baldrine
If choosing cash on delivery please ensure you are home when we deliver. Delivery will be between 11am & 4pm.
Please note if you are happy to receive your delivery before the selected date for your area please leave a note in the notes section, as we can sometimes deliver if we are passing by before your selected delivery day. This does not guarantee your delivery will be delivered beforehand but is an option which we may accommodate to if possible. If we can deliver before your selected delivery date we will text you to notify you of this.
ABOUT US
Hearth was founded in November 2021 to supply high quality kiln dried hardwood, at affordable prices to the Manx domestic market. We soon realised there was a need for other high quality solid fuel at competitive pricing so introduced coals, kindling and more to the range.
We ensure all goods are kept dry throughout their journey to you. We import via curtain sided trucks, store in a dry warehouse and deliver via a closed van to guarantee products reach you dry.
We pride ourselves in delivering high quality products which are always ready to burn. Dry solid fuel makes lighting your fire quick and easy. Remember to keep your solid fuel indoors or undercover to get the best results from it.
We offer free island-wide delivery on orders over the value of £60
Please note we do not have a shop / showroom nor operate or hold any stock at our postal address.
We supply a range of solid fuels to suit every budget and Hearth. We offer 20 Kg sacks of Smokeless Ovals, 20 Kg sacks of Colombian Coal Trebles, 20 Kg sacks of Peat and 30 litre sacks of Kiln dried chunky Birch.
We choose to supply hardwood logs, as they burn hotter and for longer than softwood, with minimal smoke creating a cosy fire side atmosphere. All the hard wood we supply is kiln dried. This process eliminates moulds, fungus & bacteria which prevents them from entering your home via the wood basket. Kiln dried logs make lighting the fire a quick, easy and enjoyable experience. Kiln dried logs produce minimal smoke, spitting, and popping, generating instant heat as there is less moisture to burn off. We only supply single species sacks of chunky Birch logs which are 24cm to 25cm in length, this is the standard size and should fit most log burners.
